About the Founder

JobConnect was created by our founder, Robert Scott, who once was a job seeker as well as a hiring manager looking for top talent. As a job seeker, Robert always believed that if he wer able to get in front of a recruiter who could hear him speak and view his conviction and passion for the job, he would have a greater chance of landing the position.

Also as a manager, Robert believed that if he would be able to preview the candidates he was interested in before committing to the next step of initiating the formal (and often time consuming) face to face job interview. That is when the idea of JobConnect was born.

Now its true that there are other video resume companies in existence, however we feel that we have the right employers which we refer to as out internal partners, marketing staff and “je ne sais quoi” (secret sauce) to make applying for jobs or looking for talent much easier!
